No. Rabbit pellets are not fortified with vitamin C, which guinea pigs cannot produce themselves. Feeding rabbit food long term leads to scurvy.
Roughly 10 to 30 mg daily, more when unwell or pregnant. Vitamin C degrades in storage and in water, so fresh pellets plus vitamin-C-rich vegetables such as bell pepper are more reliable than drops in the bottle.
