Often, yes. Massage and a slower session help many anxious pets settle, and we never rush or force-restrain. Tell us at booking that your pet is nervous and we will allow extra acclimatisation time before starting.
A medicated bath uses a treatment shampoo for skin conditions such as itching, flaking or fungal issues. It should follow a vet's recommendation — bring their advice and we will use the product and frequency they specify.
